We currently ship throughout the United States.

📦 Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume.

🚚 Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery information will be provided at checkout whenever available.

Some products may be fulfilled directly from one of our international suppliers. When applicable, this may result in a longer delivery timeframe.

📦 Multiple Packages & Separate Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages and on different days.

Certain products, particularly our Obsidian Bear statues, may be shipped separately from other items in the same order due to their size, weight, packaging requirements, or fulfillment location.

If your order contains multiple products, you may receive more than one tracking number. Receiving one package before another does not necessarily mean an item is missing.

We'll provide tracking information for each shipment when available.
